Why Dogs (and Their Humans) Love Chow Bella
Our mini dachshund absolutely loves Chow Bella indoor dog park! They have special times for small dog play time. The staff is wonderful and we have met a nice community of other dog parents that come to the dog park. We were very nervous for her first day care day but she did great, had so much fun, and they provide a report card at the end of the day so you can see photos, videos, and an overview of your dog’s day. 100% recommend for dog park play and daycare!

Maryjoan was extremely kind as if I had been with my hometown old friends. She was nice enough to keep my Maltipoo together with herown dog, so that she could keep an eye on my Coco who seemed to be bothered by larger dogs in the playground. She is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and all that, above and beyond any dog carer out there.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chow Bella! My dog is skiddish with other dogs and new people and the staff is amazing with her! Amanda always makes us feel welcome at the door and the grooming salon has done wonders to my Yorkie, especially Lexy! If I say Chow Bella in my house, my dog runs to her leash and dances. The owner, Marijo, has always been amazing with accommodating us on last minute changes. Their new daycare has also come in handy for us as we love to come and enjoy saratoga knowing our dog is well taken care of when we leave her there.

My girls love playing here. Bonus is they don't get dirty either like they would at an outdoor park. Everyone who comes with their dogs is super nice and responsible and very welcoming and understanding for newcomers.

Very pleased with the staff and services! They were so patient and kind to Lucky's special needs as a recent adopted dog. Lucky had a traumatic past and needs lots of patience and is slow to warm to people. He was very happy with Mandy immediately, but she knew to go slow w the introduction and discussed that they would cater the grooming to Lucky's pace. Lucky did well and looks and smells amazing! He was a very happy boy when picking him up and he was so soft and shiny. I can't stop petting his super sift and shiny fur!!
A+++ service and highly recommended this place for dogs with special considerations.

Our vet recommended this grooming salon to us and I could not have been more happy with the service we received! They are so kind and wonderful. Our dog has anxiety from a dog attack and they allowed her to take breaks and get comfortable. I have never seen our labradoodle come out of the groomer looking so beautiful! She shined, highly recommend 😊

I normally bring my dogs to the vet for nail trims but this place was closer. I stopped in one day and spoke with Marijo who was very nice and explained the process. I made my appointment online after entering my dogs info. Britney was great and Amanda very nice too. The prices are reasonable and they accomodated me early too. Will go back again.

I have an elderly dog who is terminally ill. This place and the owner have been amazing and letting us do very short play sessions solo so he can enjoy his last few months with his favorite toy.
I saw a negative review below for training— just wanted to say to not give up, my Manny was very reactive when I got him and he just needed time to be around dogs but not playing directly with them. Now he’s pretty tolerant, although he’s not a huge fan of anything other than his toy and snacks.

Chow Bella's daycare has been nothing short of fantastic for our dog. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and do great with the dogs. They have an awesome indoor space to allow them to run around and play, while maintaining spaces for the dogs to be alone if needed. After doing some comparisons, the price is about on par with other local daycares in the area, as of now. I would recommend Chow Bella to any dog owner looking for a safe and fun environment for their fur balls.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mandy’s grooming experience at Chow Bella! We have a giant breed, special needs dog, and Mandy treats him like a king every time he gets groomed. He leaves looking great and feeling loved each time :)

Chow Bella is simply the best for your dog. Whether for grooming, doggie day care or just romping in the indoor dog park with you doggie. The people there are awesome. You can just tell they love all dogs and my Sully can’t wait to go in and see everyone. We can’t leave without him kissing everyone goodbye. Come visit them at their new location, 260 Broadway, right in the heart of Saratoga Springs.

The owner is so lovely and the entire space is welcoming for your dogs, from being able to shop for products to stay and play at the indoor dog park! I took my 1-year-old Labradoodle for his first ever grooming appointment at Chow Bella and had an amazing experience! I was very nervous as this was his first time being groomed, but the owner and staff assured me he would be well taken care of and he certainly was. I am so happy I discovered Chow Bella! My German Shepherd Dog, Daniel, was groomed yesterday and I am incredibly pleased with the groomer and the owner. Both were extremely friendly.
And not only did Daniel receive excellent grooming, but he was allowed to play with the groomer's Doodle puppy afterwards!

My dog loves it here. She’s delighted to play with her friends off leash. We’ve gotten some nice quality toys and a really cute Halloween costume in addition to her favorite food. The grooming has been very reasonable and although my dog can be skittish she really likes this groomer

We LOVE Chow Bella! At first it sounded great, but I wasn’t sure — it’s on Broadway, would parking be a hassle? My poodle isn’t that social, the building looks fancy…would it be worth taking him?
YES!! It’s worth it!! I’ve found parking to be so easy — sometimes right out front and sometimes right across the street where there’s a parking lot with plenty of designated spaces.
And my dog races up the sidewalk and up the steps to get inside - he’s so excited! Even though he’s an “introvert”, he is so comfortable at Chow Bella! It’s fun to see the regulars and new friends. Everybody is warm and welcoming. And we get a quick outing in Congress Park as a bonus. Safe socialization and afterward he sleeps so well!
What are you waiting for? (I sound like an ad or an employee, but I’m just a dog mom who is grateful for this space!)

Chow Bella is our favorite place for grooming and playing! We have two doodles and they do the absolute best doodle grooming. Our older dog is pretty skittish and Brooke is so kind and patient with her. Not only are the professional grooming services incredible, but there’s also a self washing station to easily keep your pups clean between groomings.

We love Chow Bella! We've gone to the indoor dog park hours, which is especially useful in the winter. We attended their Family Dog Foundations class with our 3 year old rescue. We were thrilled to see that Chow Bella uses a positive reinforcement based training approach and that was the deciding factor for us on where to train. The training courses are a fun way for you and your family to do something special with your dog. It helped us build a stronger bond with our pup. The facility is clean and well-kept and they have lots of special treats and products for sale that you can't get at your regular pet store. We will be signing up for the Family Dog Foundations Intermediate course soon!

Great place to have your dog groomed. Emily was a fantastic groomer. The place is clean and well organized. Our standard poodle (Chessy) is almost 2 1/2 years old and has been groomed many times; never as well done as he received here. This is now our "go-to" place.

My sister’s dog was in town for a few days and decided to run through a pond! Extra stinky! I called Chow and let them know, and they were able to work it out and fit him in last minute!(saved me an earful!) he came out clean and happy, and she was even playing ball with him when I arrived.
