Chow Bella is celebrating its fifth anniversary – now in its brand-new location in Saratoga Springs.
The Saratoga County Chamber marked the occasion in its new spot at 260 Broadway.
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Chow Bella opened its doors at its new, larger location on Broadway. Hailed as Saratoga Springs’ first indoor dog park, the move comes five years after it first opened its doors on West Ave.
